On the basis of the original site of Cangzhou Lida New Energy Technology Co. , Ltd. , the company has built a total of 2000 square meters of new production workshops, offices and warehouses. It has more than 30 sets of main and auxiliary production equipment such as full-automatic mask integration machine, ear belt machine, sealing machine, inkjet printer, mask filter efficiency tester, flame retardant performance tester, etc. The main raw materials of the products are non-woven fabric, melt- blown fabric, nose beam strip and ear band. The process is as follows: three-layer compound → cutting → welding → molding → packaging → sterilization → inspection → storage (no sterilization is required for civil use) . It can produce 1 million surgical masks per day and 1 million disposable masks (including 800,000 disposable surgical masks, 100,000 N95 protective masks and 100,000 children masks).
